We offer a flexible hybrid pricing model designed to suit both one-off projects and ongoing compliance needs:
One-Time Project Fees
For defined compliance projects, including new LMW applications, SST registration/exemptions, MITI licensing, and audit preparation.
RM 2,500 – RM 9,000
Monthly Retainer
For ongoing compliance oversight and regulatory support, from basic advisory to premium managed compliance.
RM 1,500 – RM 8,000 / month
All fees are indicative. Final pricing is tailored to the scope and complexity of each engagement.

At AA Business Consultancy, we deliver high-quality regulatory and compliance services. Our policies reflect the professional man-hours invested and our liaison with government authorities, ensuring clarity and fairness.
Cancellation & Refunds for Services
Under Section 17 of the CPA 1999 (Future Services Contracts), consumers have a right to cancel. Our refund structure is based on work progress:
Before Work Commences
Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee, if cancelled within 3 working days of payment and no work has started.
Work In Progress
Partial refund based on the total fee, minus the value of professional services already rendered.
Post-Submission
No refunds once applications are submitted to government bodies (JKDM, MITI, SIRIM), as the professional service is considered fully rendered.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in these instances:
Government Rejection
No refund for government decisions, provided our work met professional standards.
Incomplete Documentation
No refunds if delays occur due to the client's failure to provide required documents.
Change of Mind
Simply deciding not to proceed after work has been completed is not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
Request
Submit all refund requests in writing to admin@aabusiness.com.my, including Invoice Number and reason.
Approval
Requests will be reviewed within 5 working days.
Payment
Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 14 working days.
